For the services of our lawyers we charge an hourly rate (excluding turnover tax) of € 230.00.
Participants in the labour law subscription of our office are entitled to a 5% reduction on this rate, on condition that the declarations from our office are paid within fourteen days. This reduction does not apply if, as a special case, some other discount arrangement has been made.

Please note: most law firms apply a surcharge of five percent, and sometimes even six or seven percent, for ‘office costs’, or ‘taxed expenses’ over and above their hourly rate. We do not apply any such surcharges over and above the hourly rates referred to above.
The above hourly rate is adjusted periodically (in principle annually). In the event of an ad-justment to the hourly rate in the course of an assignment, we will always inform our clients in advance.
