1.1 These general conditions for the provision of services apply to all agreements concerning the carrying out of services (in particular services such as lawyer and/or tax adviser), or to offers for such agreements. Such agreements form a contract for professional services as referred to in article 7:400 of the Dutch Civil Code. The client also unconditionally accepts the applicability of these general conditions for the provision of services for all future agreements and offers for agreements.

1.2 In the agreement referred to in article 1.1, Kantoor Mr. van Zijl B.V., is considered to be the sole commissionee, even if the client's intention is that the commission shall be executed by a specific person. The operation of article 7:404 and 7:407 paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code is excluded.
