We charge periodically for the costs of the services provided by the people of our office (in principle once a month) on the basis of the actual number of hours worked.

If more or less time is spent on the execution of an assignment, the number of hours will be adjusted accordingly. The hours worked are charged for by units of six minutes (0.10 hours) and quarter of an hour (0.25 hours), or multiples thereof. Expenses incurred in the execution of an assignment (out-of-pocket expenses) such as procurator costs, court registry fees, ad-ministrative charges, extracts applied for from public registers and the like will be specified and charged for separately.
