Advance indication of cost |
It is not always possible to estimate the final cost of our services in advance. The cost depends, after all, on the how the case progresses. Often there are numerous factors affecting the way a case develops, and they may be far from easy to predict.

Sometimes we do make a cost estimate however, if explicitly requested to do so. In that case it will be based on the normal course of tasks and activities as may reasonably be anticipated at the time of the estimate. Our estimate is no more than an indication of the expected cost however. Such an estimate cannot be invoked in the event of the work taking longer to com-plete than we originally anticipated. In all circumstances we charge for our work on the basis of the hours actually worked and the agreed hourly rates.
