In principle we send a declaration of the work performed by us in the previous month as soon as possible after the month has ended. This declaration includes a full specification of the work performed including the date on which it was performed, as accurate a description of the work as possible, the person who performed the work, the amount of time spent, the applicable fee, and the resulting cost for the work in question. Costs for third parties (out-of-pocket expenses) are charged for separately.
