After studying Dutch law at the Catholic University of Brabant (1991), Wilan worked as a lawyer in Rijen for two years.

Since 1995 he has been primarily engaged at our office in advising and assisting clients in relation to matters of labour law. In 2000 Wilan was again sworn in as a lawyer.
