Client satisfaction survey

 

Our office seeks to provide a high quality of service to all her clients. In our view this in-volves more than a high degree of expertise in legal and tax matters or the application of such expertise in the interest of clients. We believe that other elements of our service are just as important, if not more so.

We conduct an ongoing survey of our clients to monitor and improve the quality of our service.

We started the survey in 2003. The results so far are as follows:
