The services we provide to our clients are therefore concerned with personnel. But this is not all. Dealing with issues of labour law, employee insurance and wage tax often calls for know-ledge and expertise from other areas of law. Furthermore, the knowledge and expertise needed by our lawyers in our ‘key areas’ enables them to serve their clients in other areas as well.

On the whole we hesitate to accept work in other areas of the law. We only accept such work if we are convinced we can perform the required tasks with the necessary speed and expertise. Under the motto "every man to his trade" however, we are happy to refer clients on for as-signments that require expertise in special areas of law. We feel this is the best way to serve their interests. For the rest, we may also serve the client’s interests by referring them on to a lawyer or tax consultant with additional expertise in a particular area.

We serve a significant proportion of our clients through the mediation of administration, ac-countancy and tax consultancies. Our clients are usually employers, primarily from small and medium-sized companies.

All activities are performed in accordance with the professional code of conduct for lawyers. The activities of Ms mr. L.K. (Liesbet) Wouterse Fb. are furthermore subject to the code of conduct and disciplinary rules of the Netherlands Federation of Tax Advisors.
